A private house for exceptional homes
Bona takes its name from the Latin bona: property, possessions, the good things. It was founded in Jeddah in 2026 as a private real estate boutique, independent and deliberately small.
Our story
We represent a handful of homes at a time, and each one is handled at principal level. The person who prices the house, presents it and negotiates it is the person who answers your message. There is no hand-off and no call centre.
Jeddah comes first: Al Shati, Al Khalidiyah, Obhur, Al Rawdah and Al Zahra, districts we know street by street. Through partners we have worked with for years, we also act in Riyadh, Dubai, on the Côte d'Azur and the Costa del Sol, and in Oman.
Much of what we do never appears on a portal. Owners tell us first; we make a small number of quiet introductions to buyers we know are ready. If a home is on this site, it is because we would stand behind it ourselves.

Nothing about you or your home is shared without consent. Some of our best work is never advertised.
Judgement
We would rather decline a listing than misprice it. Asking prices only, never estimates, and honest advice even when it costs us the instruction.
Access
Off-market homes, developer allocations and partners abroad: the introductions that do not come from a search bar.
Care
One principal from the first message to the handover, in Arabic or English, at the pace you set.
Independence
We are not tied to a developer, a portal or a franchise. The advice you get is ours.
