The Knightsbridge Villas, Meydan District 11

The Knightsbridge Phase 2 is a gated villa community in Meydan District 11, arranged around a central swimmable lagoon known as Sunrise Lagoon. The development sits on a total plot of 33,598 square metres, with 69 percent of that area kept as open garden, courtyards and private outdoor space. Every villa backing onto the lagoon has a garden gate giving direct access to the shared outdoor amenities.
