Danyah Villas, Al Basateen

Danyah Villas is a villa development in Al Basateen, a quiet residential district in north Jeddah, built by Specialized Homes (Al Masaken Al Mutakhassisah). The plot sits close to Jawharat Jeddah Mall, Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, the Jeddah Yacht Club and King Abdulaziz International Airport.

Each villa is arranged over a ground floor, a first floor and a roof-level second floor, with a total built-up area of 497 square metres on a 375 square metre plot. The ground floor holds a reception hall, a main salon, a dining hall, a family room, two guest washrooms, a private pool with an outdoor shower, and a staff room.

The first floor holds a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony, two further bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a family sitting room with a side balcony. The second floor adds a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and interior balcony, a sitting room, a staff room, a laundry room and a large roof terrace.
