Malfa Jeddah, Rihab Villa, Al-Wareef

Rihab is a villa model within Malfa Jeddah, a residential community in NHC's Al-Wareef destination in southeast Jeddah, close to the historic city core and the main business centers. A planned pedestrian network within the wider community places schools, mosques, health centers and shops within a five to ten minute walk.

The wider destination spans more than 10 million square meters and includes over 12,000 residential units, 21 commercial centers, 10 schools, 7 mosques and 5 larger mosques, and two health centers, alongside green spaces and parks totalling more than 1.3 million square meters.

The Rihab villa sits on a 275 sqm plot with a total built-up area of 271.47 sqm across three floors. It has four bedrooms and a maid's room, six bathrooms, a ground-floor majlis and a separate family majlis on the first floor, a living and dining area, a kitchen, and front and back roof terraces, with one open parking space.

Construction follows the Saudi Building Code, with porcelain flooring, washable paint, moisture-resistant gypsum ceilings, and marble staircases inside and out. Doors and windows are water-resistant and thermally insulated with double glazing, and the villa has integrated electrical, air-conditioning and telecom wiring, LED lighting and irrigation for the garden. It carries a 10-year warranty on the concrete structure and soil treatment, 10 years on the building and insulation, and one year on finishes, plumbing and electrical work.
