Wharf Destination Villas, Jeddah

Wharf Destination is a villa community in southeast Jeddah, developed within a large master-planned suburb close to historic Jeddah and the city's business districts. The neighbourhood layout places schools, health centres, mosques and retail within a five- to ten-minute walk of every home. The development occupies a plot of more than 188,000 square metres within a wider suburb spanning over 10 million square metres, of which more than 1.3 million square metres is set aside for green space and parks.

The project comprises 269 villas arranged over a ground floor, first floor and roof level. The standard villa spans 224.30 square metres of built-up area on a 250 square metre plot, with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a main majlis and a separate family majlis, an open kitchen, and a rooftop terrace of close to 85 square metres. Each villa includes one covered parking space.

Construction follows the Saudi Building Code, with porcelain flooring, washable paint finishes, moisture-resistant gypsum ceilings, and marble staircases inside and out. Bathrooms are fitted with slip-resistant tiling and rust-resistant fixtures, and windows are double-glazed with thermal insulation. The villas carry a ten-year structural warranty, a ten-year insulation warranty and a ten-year warranty against soil-borne pests, alongside one-year warranties on finishes, plumbing and electrical work.
